Especially understanding how thoughts create emotions and emotions create feelings. I am in power of how I feel and it’s so rewarding to learn reiki and to self heal!

I had a sudden breakup in a relationship, and I believe I was holding on to frustration and irritation for this person. I seemed to have an attachment.

My body was producing a terrible rash on my neck and décolleté area. This dermatitis was bad and I had never had an issue with my skin.

When I realized the power I was giving into my thoughts and this person, I did the cord cutting process, and released the person with love. I continued the cord cutting until I felt a release and low and behold… My rash disappeared!

This certification is very thorough and I now realize that the power is within me.

I started working with Allie as I was feeling unfulfilled in life. I’ve heard the phrase “the body keeps the score” but I never really put it together until understanding the energy centers in the body.

The traumas and attachments we hold onto cause dis-ease and then manifest as disease. I really understand now how breaking attachments and sending love and opening these energy centers can allow divine energy to move through us and heal us.

My biggest lesson has been placing my power back into myself and becoming my own healer! The most important improvement of all…self-love! I’ve struggled with loving myself for so long.

In the first lesson, when we had to write three people we love unconditionally, I was not on my own list. Now, when doing my Gassho meditations, I feel so grateful for just being me, I am enough, and worthy of so much love.

I’m grateful that I get to show up as my authentic self in this time when healers are so needed.

The connection between blocked/imbalanced energy centers and physical disease in the body. Working with Alzheimer’s patients daily, and hearing that this disease is a manifestation of an imbalance in our crown chakra was a light bulb moment for me. Because I know most people on earth are so disconnected from our higher selves and source energy – and SO many people have this disease. It clicked, and everything made so much sense!

I started working with Allie as a Nurse Practioner experiencing burnout.

During the in-person attunement, I had a strong reaction to some events that I had suppressed as a child, specifically a near drowning incident when I was about 8 years old. It’s amazing what our body holds onto and the power we have to release it.

I started working with Allie, to become confident in my reiki healing abilities. 

I was struggling with releasing limiting beliefs to truly live the life I wanted to live. In love and light! I am a Master of Usui Reiki, even with that I did not feel like I fully understood it, or things really did not resonate with me.

Allie is so gifted and knowledge able energy healing, but more so, she explains it, she teaches it in a way that you can really understand and appreciate. It makes the connection to Reiki so much deeper!

I am much more quickly able to recognize when I have an attachment that I need to clear, or stuck emotions that need to be transmuted, and also I am so confident in my purpose now! Her simple process of treatment compared to the complex treatments of Usui Reiki. Kundalini treatments are so much shorter, yet so much more powerful. Being attuned to both now, when I activate Reiki, I feel earths energy radiate through my body AND source energy…It is so powerful!

I started working with Allie to step into my purpose with reiki healing.

I used to believe that Reiki just balanced your energy centers in that moment in time and the session may help you feel more relaxed and peaceful, but it is so much more than that! I have come to realize that Reiki can be used for self-healing, healing others, manifestation and creation.

I have learned that we are an extension of source energy and during Reiki we connect with source energy to help us heal and create. Reiki can help you find your purpose, set intentions and protect your energy. I have realized that Reiki healing is so powerful. Yes, it is balancing your energy centers, but it is also helping to release suppressed traumas that may have been stagnant for years.

This stagnation can lead to disease and physical pain in the body and Reiki can help to resolve that pain by transmuting energy and removing entities, which is so fascinating to me! Allie’s certification program really opened my eyes to how amazing Reiki is and how big of an impact it can have on your daily life and your long-term health.

I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my day-to-day life since I have realized that energy is like a magnet, and I can choose how to feel! I am an empath, so it is easy for me to absorb other’s energy and projections. Since I have learned how to protect my own energy and transmute other’s low frequency energy that I have absorbed, I have been so much happier and feel so much lighter!
