but resting securely within it.

Muddy moments are not a detour;
They are the path, the soil, the sacred ground
where your bloom takes hold. 🌸

The mud is not a place to escape,
but a place to take up space,
to bring the light where we’re called,
to scatter joy like seeds,
to dance, even when we can’t hear the music.

Many of us wonder how long we’ll be in the mud,
but maybe it doesn’t matter.

What if the mud itself is the gift,
the place where new beauty is born,
where we learn to love the mess
and turn it into something whole?

Because even here,
we are free.

Everything you once knew,
shattered and scattered.

You wonder how to move forward,
how to rebuild from pieces
you can barely recognize.

I see you.
I know how it feels
to learn to walk again,
in a body,
that no longer feels like yours.

The world is unfamiliar now,
but this breaking is God’s plan,
a clearing,
a beginning.

It’s okay to grieve,
to feel the weight of what was lost.

But let me remind you:
the destruction is done,
and you are free to rebuild,
brick by brick,
on your terms this time.

You trusted,
and it burned you.
But don’t regret it.
Don’t let your heart harden.
I see the beauty in your willingness to trust,
to see others as you see yourself…
full of light, full of love.

Now, it’s time to put yourself first.
This is where you learn what it means
to honor your own boundaries,
to protect what matters most.
Not to shut the world out,
but to keep your heart aligned
as you rise in a more authentic way.

I’ve been here before,
standing in the ashes,
wondering if I’d ever feel whole again.

The truth is, the light isn’t always found in wh

The truth is, the light isn’t always found in what’s shiny or uplifting. The light goes to the dark. It enters the shadows to feel…grief, heartbreak, sadness, and, most of all, truth.

And truth can be uncomfortable. It’s like stepping into a dark room and flipping on the light. At first, your eyes squint, and it hurts. That’s where I am right now: in a dark room, slowly turning on the light.

I don’t want my Instagram to be just a collection of inspirational quotes or the guidance I receive while healing others. Those moments are beautiful, but I also want to share the rawness of the human experience: the real work of bringing light to the darkness.

That’s why we came here, why we chose to be in physical form: to express the love and light that we are and bring it into this reality.

What we see in front of us is the manifestation of our past.

Right now, I’m deciding to bring my dark past into my present and future moments so I can realign everything. That process isn’t easy—it takes courage, growing pains, and a strength I’m not sure I’ve fully accessed before. But I’m learning to hold both the light and the dark at the same time.

Trust is built over time through consistent actions and honesty. When it’s broken, it doesn’t just come back on its own because the foundation has been damaged.

Rebuilding trust takes time, effort, and actions that consistently show someone can be relied on. It’s not about words or promises…it’s about what happens over and over again to rebuild that sense of safety.

When trust is broken multiple times, it gets harder to repair. Each instance adds another layer of doubt, pulling things further away from light and truth.

Think of trust like a bridge: every time it’s damaged, it takes more energy and resources to repair it. Eventually, it may feel too unstable to cross.

Sometimes, a bridge isn’t meant to last forever. In those moments, the most important thing is to trust yourself. Honor your boundaries and recognize when it’s time to journey down a new…more unfamiliar…path.

Many people don’t see the depths of healing I’

Many people don’t see the depths of healing I’ve endured to be where I am today.

Yesterday, on 11/11, I was reminded of how magical this journey truly is.

My students gathered, opened their hearts, shared their dreams and struggles, and re-awakened the truest parts of themselves. Every time I give an attunement, I heal a piece of myself as well.

Today, one of my students @holisticbalancebylisa reflected that healing back to me, working with my heart, higher heart, and throat. She was magnificent.

I realized how much I’ve been blocking myself from fully receiving from others. I’ve always drawn love from within, but now I’m learning to welcome love from outside myself, redefining what “receiving” really means to me.

It’s a beautiful reminder that healing is never a one-time event. Healing is a journey, an expansion, a remembering, a constant redefinition of love and wholeness.

We are all expanding, always evolving, and none of us has it all figured out. Even as Reiki masters, we are students of this life.
