The new moon is a powerful cosmic alignment that symbolizes beginnings, growth, and renewal. It offers us an opportunity to harness its energy to manifest our intentions, heal, and align with our deepest desires. What is the New Moon
Aligned with the solar plexus chakra, the new moon emanates a potent energy that governs personal power and will. A new moon occurs when the Moon and Sun share the same ecliptic longitude, resulting in the lunar disk being invisible to the naked eye, except during a solar eclipse.
Many of my client’s report experiencing shifts in mental and physical states during both new moons and full moons, attributed to the Moon’s gravitational pull. This pull, affecting the Earth’s ocean tides, highlights the potential impact on us as well, since we are composed primarily of water.

What do I mean by align the brain and the heart? Great question! Dr. Joe Dispensa refers to this as brain and heart coherence.
Brain and heart coherence is a state in which the heart and brain work together, versus against one another. This occurs when the heart’s electrical activity syncs with your mind’s brainwaves.
Brain and heart coherence helps to regulate the heartbeat and autonomic nervous system and has several benefits. It is known to reduce stress and anxiety, boost the immune system, and improve cognitive function.
It is essential to align the heart with the brain, purifying our energy to gain clarity on our path forward.
How To Align the Brain and the Heart?
Here are the most effective steps that have worked for myself and my clients:
- Set a clear intention.
- Feel gratitude for this intention. If you are someone who can see energy, you will be able to see high frequency fill your aura in this space. As gratitude fills your field, you activate your heart chakra.
- Inhale, send this stream of love from your heart to the top of your head. Exhale, send that gratitude into your soul star chakra (located 6 inches above your head).
Oula, you have aligned the heart and the mind. From here, the goal is to remain focus on stillness in between the thoughts. I like to release each thought into the sky like a balloon.
