We all have a stress threshold and when it’s exceeded, our body reacts.
Emotional and physical stress are interconnected, and when we surpass our limit, the immune system weakens, making us more vulnerable to illness, colds, and flu.
Chronic stress puts the body into survival mode, draining energy from healing and repair.
Instead of efficiently fighting off infections, the body is too overwhelmed trying to manage stress. The key to recovering faster? Rebalancing your energy system and reducing stress load.
Step-by-Step: Recharging Your Energy
1️⃣ Energy Test (Optional)
Hold one arm straight out.
Tap each chakra point (starting with the third eye, solar plexus, etc.).
If the arm stays strong, that chakra is balanced.
If the arm weakens, that chakra needs clearing.
2️⃣ Ground Yourself Before Healing
Imagine roots growing from your spine deep into the Earth.
Feel the support and connection to Earth’s energy.
3️⃣ Clear Stagnant Energy
Make counterclockwise circles over the blocked chakra (as if the clock is facing up).
Do this for about 3 minutes, scooping out congested energy.
You may feel heat or tingling as the energy shifts.
4️⃣ Recharge with Light
Make clockwise circles to push fresh energy in.
Continue for another 3 minutes, or until the area feels lighter.
5️⃣ Seal & Protect Your Energy
Zip up your aura by running your hands from your feet to your chin while saying, “Zip, zip, zip!”
Lock it in and throw away the key to maintain your energetic protection. This also aligns the front center meridian of the body for optimal energy flow.
This zip up technique also traces your central frontal meridian to activate healing.
6️⃣ Energy Re-Test to confirm your chakra is balanced (Optional).
This is a powerful technique to use whenever you’re feeling unwell, sluggish, or energetically off.
By addressing both physical and emotional stress, you help your body recover faster and prevent illness from taking hold. Your body is designed to heal…it just needs the right environment to do so.
