Watch me balance out my daughter’s sacral with this Heaven Stretching Exercise.
To show you just how effective this is, I did a muscle test on her before and after this exercise… and the results were wild. One small movement can make a huge difference in your strength, alignment, and overall energy flow. Try it for yourself!
If I don’t have time for a full energy healing, I do this to jumpstart my energy circuits.
The Heaven Stretching Pose activates the spleen, turns on your energy circuits, and clears out excess energy that can create sluggishness or imbalance. It expels toxic energy, opens meridians, and stimulates fresh energy flow, all in under two minutes.
Most people don’t actually have too little energy…they have too much external energy congesting in the body. If we don’t clear it, it turns into energetic sludge, which can lead to symptoms. This exercise can be used when you’re: ✔️ Feeling off-balance ✔️ Getting over a cold or flu ✔️ Clearing energy after a healing session ✔️ Needing a quick reset
This exercise has been passed down through Egypt, China, India, and beyond because we naturally use these motions to release excess energy and invite fresh vitality. Try it for yourself!
Step-by-Step: The Heaven Stretching Pose
1️⃣ Activate Your Energy
Rub your hands together and shake them off.
Place your hands in front of your thighs, fingers spread wide.
Take a deep inhale, circling your arms out to the sides.
Exhale and bring your hands together in prayer position at your chest.
2️⃣ Stretch & Align
Inhale deeply and stretch one arm high above your head, flattening your hand as if pushing the sky.
At the same time, stretch the other arm down toward the Earth, flattening your hand as if pushing the ground.
Look up toward the heavens and stay in this position as long as comfortable while stretching.
3️⃣ Switch Sides
Exhale and bring your hands back to prayer position at your heart.
Repeat on the opposite side, raising the other arm.
Continue this movement for 4-6 more sets.
4️⃣ Final Release
After the final stretch, drop your arms and fold forward at the waist into a forward hang (or hang-man as my daughter likes to call it).
Keep your knees slightly bent and take two deep breaths, allowing your body to sink closer to the ground.
Gently sway side to side, then slowly roll back up while drawing figure 8’s in your auric field across your central meridian to standing.
